With a passion for empowering families, students and supporting educational institutions, Dr. Jones brings over 20 years of experience working in and with non-profits, K-12 education institutions, higher education institutions, state and federal programs and city entities. Specializing in program development, implementation and evaluation, project management, professional development, and grant writing. Dr. Jones collaborates with families, schools, and organizations to foster academic growth, program and professional development, and successful educational journeys.
A graduate of Thomas Edison State University, with a Bachelor degree in Psychology, Charter Oak State College, with a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership and Liberty University, with a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership. Dr. Jones combines a deep understanding of educational frameworks with a personalized approach to family engagement, program customization and relationship building. Known for an empathetic and innovative consulting style, she designs tailored strategies that meet individual needs and enabling organizations to achieve their full potential.
